Points are the part of the platform most people ignore until they notice a balance they did not expect. They are straightforward once explained.

How you earn

Qualifying purchases earn points automatically. You do not opt in, click anything, or claim them — buy data, airtime, electricity or cable and points accumulate against your account.

How many depends on what you bought. Different services carry different rates, and the amount earned is shown against the transaction.

What they are worth

Points are held in a separate balance from your main wallet, which is why you may see two figures in your dashboard. Your wallet is money you funded; your points are rewards you earned.

Once you reach the redemption threshold, points convert into value you can spend. Keeping them separate means a points balance is never accidentally spent as cash, and cash is never accidentally treated as rewards.

How to redeem

Open the rewards area of your dashboard. If you are above the threshold, redemption is available there. If you are below it, you will see how far away you are.

There is no expiry pressure and no need to redeem the moment you qualify.

Milestones and streaks

Beyond per-transaction points, there are milestones that unlock as you transact more, and daily streaks for consistent use. These are additive — hitting a milestone does not consume the points you have already earned.

If you use the platform regularly for bills you would pay anyway, these accumulate quietly in the background.

Referrals

Referring someone who goes on to transact earns you a reward too. Your referral code is in your dashboard. This is the fastest way to build a points balance without spending more yourself — particularly if you already recommend the platform informally.

Why your points balance moved without a purchase

Usually one of three things: a referred user transacted, a milestone unlocked, or a streak paid out. All three appear in your history with a description, so the movement is always traceable.

If a change genuinely does not match anything you can identify, send us the date and amount and we will explain exactly what triggered it.
