What this licence covers

Our NCC Class Licence authorises the sale and installation of telecommunications terminal equipment — including routers, MiFi devices, broadband CPE, SIM terminals, and related customer-premises hardware.

Airtime and data reselling services offered on our platform are provided in partnership with licensed Value-Added Service providers; corresponding provider information is available on request.

Consumer protection

As an NCC-licensed operator, ABS Vendor is bound by the NCC's consumer-protection framework. If a transaction or service dispute arises, you can:

  2. Escalate to the NCC Consumer Affairs Bureau via 622 (toll-free) or ncc.gov.ng.
  3. Submit a formal complaint to the NCC via their online portal.
