Your wallet is the fuel tank for everything on ABS Vendor — data, airtime, electricity, cable, exam pins and deliveries all draw from the same balance. Funding it takes about thirty seconds once you know where to look.

Your dedicated account number

Open Fund Wallet in your dashboard and you will see an account number with a bank name beside it. That account is yours permanently — it does not change between transfers and it is not shared with anyone else.

Transfer to it from any Nigerian bank app, USSD, or in branch. Because the account is tied to your profile, the system knows the money is yours the moment it lands, so your balance updates on its own. There is no "I have paid" button to press and no proof of payment to upload.

Save it as a beneficiary the first time. Every future top-up then takes three taps.

How long it takes

Usually seconds. Bank transfers in Nigeria settle through NIBSS, and once the credit hits the account your wallet reflects it automatically.

Delays, when they happen, are almost always on the sending bank's side during peak periods rather than anything on ABS Vendor. If your bank shows the debit but your wallet has not moved after a few minutes, that is the situation below.

If a transfer does not reflect

First, do not send it again. A second transfer will also land, and you will simply have funded twice.

Check these in order:

  1. Did the debit actually complete? Some failed transfers show briefly in your bank app then reverse. Check your bank balance, not just the notification.
  2. Did it go to the right account? If you typed the number manually rather than using a saved beneficiary, confirm it matches the one in your dashboard exactly.
  3. Give it five minutes. Interbank settlement occasionally queues during heavy periods.

If it still has not appeared, send us the transfer receipt — the one from your bank showing the session ID or reference. That is what lets us trace the credit directly. Money that has left your bank is never lost; it just needs matching.

Funding limits and verification

You can fund and buy data or airtime without verifying anything. Verification raises your limits and unlocks features like airtime-to-cash, and can be done with your BVN, NIN or a selfie match. See the user guide for what each option unlocks.

A note on safety

Nobody from ABS Vendor will ever ask you to transfer money to a personal account, or to send funds to "activate" or "upgrade" your wallet. Your dedicated account number is the only place your money should go, and you will only ever find it inside your own dashboard.
