The rules for using ABS Vendor, written to be read.
These terms are an agreement between you and ABS Real Digital Services Ltd (RC 8025758), operating as ABS Vendor, holder of NCC Class Licence CL/S&I/0068/2026. By ticking the box when you sign up, or by using ABS Vendor, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.
Your wallet is a prepaid balance used to pay for services on ABS Vendor. It is not a bank account, it does not earn interest, and it is not a deposit covered by deposit insurance. You can fund it through the methods shown in the app and website, which may be provided by third-party payment partners and may carry their own limits or charges.
Money should be sent only to the account details shown to you inside your own ABS Vendor account. Payments made to any other account, or to someone claiming to be us on social media or WhatsApp, are not our responsibility.
Withdrawals from your wallet to a bank account are subject to the minimum amounts, fees and verification steps shown in the app at the time, and the bank account must be in your own name. We may delay or hold a withdrawal while we carry out security or compliance checks.
If an order fails or is cancelled, the amount is returned to your wallet, automatically in most cases. We do not refund to a bank account unless the law or a payment partner requires it. If you believe you were charged and did not receive value, contact support with the order number, and we will look into it.
Where we offer it, you can convert airtime to wallet value at the rate and fee shown at the time. You must be the lawful owner of the airtime and the line it is sent from. Conversions may be held, reversed or declined if the network reverses the airtime, if it is suspected to be stolen or obtained unlawfully, or if the details do not match. If a network claws back airtime we credited, we may deduct the amount from your wallet.
ABS Points and other rewards are promotional benefits, not money. Points can be used only for the items we say they can be used for, cannot be withdrawn to a bank or transferred, have no cash value, and may expire or change. Referral and campaign rewards depend on the rules shown for each campaign and on genuine, separate customers. We may withhold or cancel rewards, and remove accounts, where we find self-referral, duplicate accounts or other abuse.
If you buy at agent or reseller prices, you are buying for your own use or to resell to your own customers. You are responsible for your customers, for what you promise them, and for handling any dispute with them. You must not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are ABS Vendor itself.
We are required to verify our customers. We may ask for your BVN, NIN, a selfie, or other documents, and we may limit what your account can do until you pass the checks. Account levels carry different limits, which we show in the app. We may change limits, or ask for more information, at any time to meet legal obligations or manage risk.

Abi is an automated assistant. It can be wrong, and what it says is not a binding promise by us. For decisions that matter, such as a refund or a dispute, confirm with our support team. How chat data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We work to keep ABS Vendor available and accurate, but we depend on networks, banks, payment partners and other suppliers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by them or by events outside our reasonable control, for losses caused by details you entered wrongly, for losses from you sharing your password or PIN, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot be limited, or our responsibility for our own fraud or wilful wrongdoing. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to a single transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction.
You can stop using ABS Vendor at any time and ask us to close your account after withdrawing any balance you are entitled to. We may suspend or close an account, and hold funds while we investigate, if we reasonably believe these terms are broken, the law requires it, or the account is at risk. Where the law allows, we will tell you why. Closing an account does not remove records we must keep by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to complain to a regulator such as the NCC or to take a consumer complaint to the relevant authority.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app, on the website or by email, and the date above will change. Continuing to use ABS Vendor after that means you accept the updated terms.
